Term & Conditions |
Passengers who make the bookings are deemed to have
read, understood and accepted the following Terms &
Conditions. The organizer shall be known as the
"Company" and this terms & conditions shall form an
entire part of the service agreement, whether verbal or
written, between Company and the Customers in the
conditions below:
Bookings & Payments
Bookings are to be made directly through our Head Office
in Hanoi, VIETNAM and will be accepted upon payment of a
deposit. This deposit forms part of the final payment.
-Deposit: When a booking is confirmed, a 30% (thirty per
cent) of the tour fare per person is required.
-Balance Payment: The balance of the tour fare and any
other sum payable must be made at least 30 days before
the date of arrival/ or starting date of using our
services. If such payment not made, the Company reserves
the right to treat the booking as being cancelled by
customer and cancellation policy hereof will apply.
-Value Added Tax: The tour fare and any other sum
payable by the Customer in connection with the tour are
exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and other applicable
taxes shall be borne by the Customers.
Cancellation & Refunds
Any cancellation of the tour by the Customer for any
reason must be noticed in writing to the Company. The
cancellation notice must be received by the Company at
least 07 days before the date of service begin at its
Head Office's address or fax number shown herein.
On cancellation by Customer, a cancellation fee
calculated at the following rate will be due and payable
to the Company.
- More than 30 days before arrival date: Deposit
forfeited
- 15-30 days before arrival date: 25% of full package
price
- 08-14 days before arrival date: 50% of full package
price
- 04-07 days before arrival date: 80% of full package
price
- Less than 4 days prior arrival date: 100% of package
price
In such certain circumstance, the of costs for the
service cancellation arise (due to application by
suppliers), the cost for cancellation will be deducted
from the deposit prepaid by you to our Company. If the
Company doesn’t receive any notice, compared with the
time above, the deposit will not be refunded to the
Customer and will be used for paying for the suppliers
the costs for service cancellation.
Unused Services
No refund or exchanges can be made in respect of
accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transfer &
transportation or any other services which are included
in packages fares, but not utilized by the Customers. |

Services Vouchers/ Letter of Confirmation
The Services Voucher/ Letter of Confirmation will be
issued by our Company right after the payment by
Customer is completed. A detailed program as well as its
relevant information will be sent by fax/email with the
Services Voucher to the Customers.
Visa & Travel Documents
All passengers shall be responsible for obtaining the
appropriate visa, vaccinations and health certificates
and carry a valid passport of minimum 6 months valid at
all the time.
If visa is required, the Company can assist you to apply
for a visa approval. However, the Company doesn't
guarantee the approval letter. If the application is
unsuccessful, the relevant cancellation charge as stated
on above shall apply.
Responsibility & Liability
The Company shall always try its best in the aim to
provide and meet all the needs of the buyer with the
best services. The Company shall be not responsible for
any breach of services or unsatisfactory services
provided to the Customer by the third party as well as
for any loss, injury, damage, accident, delay, change in
schedule that are beyond the control of the Company. The
buyer warrants that the Company shall not be responsible
for additional expenses and damages incurred due to any
delay, accidents, natural disaster, political action or
unrest.
Travel Insurance
The Company strongly recommends that Customer buys the
appropriate insurance cover with respect to trip or tour
such as accident, injury, illness, medical
hospitalization/evacuation, flight delay, baggage loss,
etc..
Validity
All information and prices shown are correct and valid
in accordance with times in regard to the prices
proclaimed on website or invoice issuance by the
Company. The Company shall advise Customers of any
subsequent changes which may arise from time to time
which is depending in line with market, tax or currency
fluctuation.
Claims
All disputes, claims and litigation regarding the
services shall first be settled by way of negotiation
and mutual understanding. In the event such negotiation
and mutual understanding would fail, the disputes, claim
or litigation shall be finally settled by arbitration of
the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) at
the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Socialist
Republic of Vietnam. All claims must be submitted in
writing within 30 days after the end of the services and
