Job Category Inbound Manager/Office Manager
Job Title Office Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City
Job Description - Able to respond to all inquiries and bookings within 24 hours
- Monthly and year end analysis of income and office’s expenses
- Has a strong relationship with officer authorities, donors & service providers
- Good skill to manage the monthly office’s cost/office expenses
- Handle/ Manage daily Operations of incoming groups and individual services
- Review through the Agent request and liaise with land provider in order to overall customer’s needs
- Responsible for providing consulting and valuation for Management’s board
- Strong analytical & practical in Inbound Tour Operating/ Products Manager.
- Ability to interact with local Travel Agencies/ Customers from all level
Skill Requirements At least 2 years experience as a sale staff at Inbound Travel Agent or Tour Operator. Must be good command in spoken & written in English. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 
Qualifications Diplomas & above, knowledgeable in tourism industry, showing an excellent team work, good working attitude, independently and take pressure to meet deadline.
Language English & Vietnamese (good command in Mandarin is an extra point)
Computer Proficiency Computer literate (WINWORD/ EXCEL/ OUTLOOK/LAN/ INTERNET)

Job Title Sale Executive/ Sale Experts (01 in Hanoi & 01 in Ho Chi Minh City)
Job Description - Global sale & sale development (especially Asian market)
- Able to respond to all inquiries and bookings within 24 hours
- Multi task in counter sale aspect, especially for Asian market
- Ability to interact with local Travel Agencies/ Customers from all level
- Construct a new itinerary in order to meet all customer’s needs
- Experiences in handling Party Planning/ Conference/ Incentive group
Skill Requirements At least 1 year experience as a sale staff at Inbound Travel Agent or Tour Operator. Must be good command in spoken & written in English. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 
Qualifications Diplomas & above, knowledgeable in tourism industry, showing an excellent team work, good working attitude, independently and take pressure to meet deadline.
